การจัดองค์กรและบริหาร ด้านที่2 การให้บริการ ด้านที่3 คุณภาพการให้บริการ โดยผลสรุปการประเมินทั้งสามด้าน ได้คะแนน 154 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.6% ผลสรุปคือศูนย์การเรียนรู้และฝึกอบรมด้านผู้สูงอายุ จ.ชลบุรี จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 88 คน ได้เข้ามาศึกษาดูงานและฝึกอบรมด้านผู้สูงอายุ ภายใต้โครงการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ณ ห้องประชุมเธียเตอร์ โดยมี นางสาวศิริพร กุฎีรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การเรียนรู้และฝึกอบรมด้านผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้ เรื่อง “สถานการณ์ผู้สูงอายุ การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัย และสิทธิผู้สูงอายุ”
